Access to property is via Boardwalk which requires walking up a few stairs. Once key is acccessed you can access via elevator to underground garage or back entrance to building with no stairs.

The Neighborhood:
Martha's Cove is located on the edge of Mt Martha and Safety Beach. It's not overly crowded, and in a picturesque environment that feels like a true holiday destination. It's in a great central location and easy to get to all areas of the peninsula. You have easy access to the Mornington Peninsula Freeway which can take you further down the coast towards Portsea within 30 mins, or head into Mornington in less than 10. You're also on the door step of redhill and the famous wine region. On a good day, it's only 1hr from the city!

Mornington Peninsula Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules apply. Rules can be found in additional house rules. Outside areas cannot be used after 11pm or before 7am. That is a short stay rule for the Mornington Peninsula. No loud or disruptive behaviour at any time. Rubbish must be disposed of correctly.
This property is governed by a body corp and has a security team that patrols the area, if they are called out due to any instances of disturbances, bookings can be cancelled and/or fees may apply. There is strictly no smoking inside or outside in common areas, including the balcony area.
Guests are required to complete a booking form. For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 7 days post. The bond is $750.

3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 6.
11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.
