This north-east facing 4th-floor beachfront retreat is ideal for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, with views from almost every room and:

- lift access from your single secure undercover parking spot

- ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans

THE LOCATION

BeachView is located in a lovely, quiet, family-friendly holiday building with onsite managers, perfect for families and couples. In the heart of Alexandra Headland, with 180-degree ocean views this is the ideal location just steps from pristine beaches, nature walks, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

In just a 3-minute walk you will find the Alex Heads Surf Club and year-round patrolled beach. There is also beach access (less than 1 minute walk) directly across the road with wide sand that stretches all the way to Maroochydore beach and Cotton Tree.

Behind the resort is Nelson park with walking track surrounding a lake filled with ducks and wildlife. The park has a large playground, BBQ areas, community garden and toilets.

The foreshore walk provides spectacular views along the ocean and an easy 20-minute stroll to cotton tree or a hillier scenic 25-minute walk to Mooloolaba.

Important information:

* The unit does not have a bathtub.
* The resort's spa is heated, while the pool isn’t, but it's usually comfortable for swimming most months.
* The car park can be a bit tight for very large vehicles with plenty of free street parking
* All beachfront units at Alex Heads are along the main road and experience some traffic noise, but you’ll mostly hear the ocean!
* School Leavers: We do not accept bookings from school leavers.
