This stunningly-furnished one-bedroom apartment features colour themes taken from the beautiful photo artworks throughout the property of the Australian countryside.
Included is a hard-to-find, dedicated work area with desk for the travelling executive or seasoned work-from-homer wanting a break from their usual base. A 21" monitor is included, along with a wireless USB/Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, multiple HDMI cable adapters, and a variety of USB docks. Fast, unlimited internet is included for guests use.
The living room has a wifi-connected smart TV with access to streaming services subject to logging in with your own account. A large and comfortable velvet sofa and views through the compact balcony out over the gardens, tennis courts and beyond. There is built-in air conditioning and heating in the living room which is enough to cool or heat the whole apartment plus a portable fan in the bedroom if needed.
The compact bedroom has a queen bed with an award-winning Ecosa Sleep memory foam mattress with two pillows for each side of the bed to ensure a wonderful night's sleep. All our beds come with a fitted bottom sheet and an all-seasons weight doona/duvet/bed cover plus an optional top sheet for those who like to use them. There is also a blanket if needed on colder nights. Despite the bedroom being of narrow dimensions, we have chosen to fit a queen bed to enhance sleeping comfort whilst forsaking some floor space. There is a small pathway on each side of the bed for access but space there is not plentiful. Next to each side of the bed is a wireless phone charging pad and one side additionally features a combined iWatch and headphones wireless charger.
The well-equipped kitchen has a drawer-style dishwasher, electric oven and mixed gas stove top, large fridge/freezer, Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, blender, microwave and all plates/glasses/cutlery etc needed for cooking during your stay.
The apartment also has a separate combined washing machine/dryer in the laundry area.
The bathroom features a twin head rainfall shower to help you unwind and two bath towel are provided for each guest.
One allocated parking space is available for guest use in the secure underground car park. Please note there is a strict height limit of 2m for car park access. If you are coming with a car to park please let us know in advance.
Bookings for Christmas and New Year's Eve require a minimum 4 night stay. Any instant-book booking that do not comply with this will need to be cancelled.
All bedding and towels are included for four people along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days but please note this is not a serviced apartment and no cleaning is done as standard during your stay. If you would like your apartment professionally cleaned and bedding/towels refreshed, please let us know and this can be done for a fee.
