It has all the amenities you'll need including a private hot tub, single car garage, laundry, two fireplaces & fully stocked and modern kitchen. Situated in one of the best locations in Breck, it is less than a 10-minute walk to skiing, or take the free shuttle which is just at the end of the block. And with Main Street is just a few blocks away, you have easy access to all Breck has to offer!
The top floor is a luxurious master retreat that includes a king size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, private deck overlooking Peak 9. The en suite bathroom has both a large rain shower and jetted tub. The large bathroom is complete with granite countertops and double sinks.
The main floor has the living room, kitchen and dining room which are beautifully furnished and updated. Enjoy a cozy, winter night next to the gas fireplace or snuggled under a warm blanket watching the flat screen TV. Our extensive collection of movies, board games and music are all available for your enjoyment. The open floor plan allows you to relax in the deep leather chair or lounge on the comfortable leather couch while dinner is being made.
The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and a large island/bar area so family members can easily gather during meal prep. Fully stocked with all the cooking tools you will need for your gourmet meals. The dining room features a gorgeous antler chandelier with a large, round dining table that seats six. The two kitchen bars provides seating for an additional five guests.
The expanded deck off the living room has its own private hot tub where you can gaze at the night sky while relaxing with friends and family. The bottom floor has a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.
Also on the bottom floor you'll find the additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen size bed and private, updated bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a high-end, queen over queen bunk bed, which makes it the perfect spot for kids or adults. The hall bathroom has updated shower/bathtub combination and granite counters.

Perfectly situated across from Breckenridge’s free shuttle bus stop, you can either catch a ride to the ski lifts or take the short walk to the base of Peak 9. Walking to town for dinner or to shop on Main Street is an easy and convenient 10-minute walk. Snowshoeing, hiking and biking trails are easily accessible and plentiful. Whether you come in the winter to enjoy the world class skiing at Breckenridge or other nearby and easily accessible ski resorts; or, you visit during the summer for the fishing, hiking and biking, our townhome will be your perfect luxury escape.
