Lets not forget the holidays. Plum Creek is ablaze with lights and people go nuts with their lawn decorations. Go ahead a ditch the jam packed home with two to three families in it, or cramping 5 people into a one bedroom hotel room. Plum Creek offers you the needed space to kick your feet up and relax. If the kids want to play, let them go in the front or back yard. Better yet, the neighborhood park will keep them entertained for hours.
Need a little girl time? There are plenty of man events from a golf course to downtown Kyle's local watering hole. There are at least 3 manicure salons within 10 minutes (my favorite is Trendy down in San Marcos, a 13-minute drive).

Plum Creek has a Par 71, 18 Hole Championship Golf Course. The Course Layout spreads out on more than 200 acres, and takes full advantage of the natural surroundings. Designed so that no two fairways touch,. Plum Creek offers a unique playing experience.
Eclectic Oasis gets its name from its charming furnishings and decorations, featuring fabulous large format original artwork some of which was created by the Host, who is a childrens book author. The home was lovingly decorated and appointed, and is located in the prettiest part of the white picket-fenced Plum Creek neighborhood.

This house itself is 1,600 square feet with 3 beautifully furnished and decorated bedrooms, featuring interior crown molding, shiny tile floors, front porch with rocking chair, loads of original artwork, and a darling backyard decorated with hanging Edison bulbs, tree lights and Adirondack chairs.
Fresh towels, coffee, all you need to cook and eat, including spices, basic condiments, and utensils are there. There is coffee and fixings too, of course.
There is no TV.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking gear, sharp knives, etc. There is plenty of serving-ware, plates, silverware, etc. for your group. We usually have plenty of condiments, sugar, basic spices, and coffee on hand.
PARKING
3 car overnight maximum. 1 car behind garage and 2 on the street in front of house (please dont block the mailbox or park in front of neighbors houses).
Parking not allowed in the alley behind the house.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy the Texas sunshine in our backyard oasis. The spacious yard provides a great space for the kids to play. Grab a cup of coffee and relax on the porch, surrounded by the tranquility of Plum Creek.

No pets allowed (Sorry! Owner is allergic)
No smoking inside home. Smoking outside is fine.
Please be courteous of our belongings and rooms that are locked.
Please only have those in the guest party at the house.
The only housekeeping service is before you check in and after you check out, we do not offer daily service.
Plenty of fresh linens and bath towels are included.

Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.
Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the facilities. Report any problems with the property to Host as soon as noticed by calling the contact number provided.

Guest will have access to the main house which includes driveway, front and back yards, from porch, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, living room, three bedrooms, and 2 full baths.
There is a garage and primary bedroom closet that are locked off and unavailable. Please do not open. These are private and reserved only for the owners use.
The owner will NOT be present while you are renting the house.
The Fireplace is not for use. It is for decorative purposes on and not to be used.
The master closet is not available for use.
This home is for relaxation and family getaways. Absolutely no parties, underage drinking, drug use, loud music, or disruptive behavior. Any complaints from the neighbors will result in an immediate eviction. The person who holds the reservation assumes sole responsibility for the other guests included in their reservation and their adherence to the House Rules.
If you decide to stay here, you assume responsibility for yourself and your guests for personal injury and property loss/damage. You agree to indemnify/hold harmless the host, the landlord, and property management company from any loss, liability, damage or cost incurred by you or your guests related to your stay at this apartment. By agreeing to stay here, you are giving up any rights to bring a legal action or assert a claim against the tenant/landlord/ property management
House parties or organized social events are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
Subsequent leases/subleases/rentals by Guest during the Term of the Rental without Homeowner's written consent is prohibited.
A lien may not be placed on the property.
Removal of household items is THEFT and a serious infringement of the rental agreement. Any items removed from the home will result in fines outlined in the agreement on top of replacement costs and, if warranted, a police report.
