This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Only 10 houses on this street. Every home owner on the street comes from a different ethnic background which makes it very diverse. Extremely friendly and caring neighbours. Loved living here for the past 25 years. Best area to raise your children. I moved in here when my children were younger.
What makes this property unique
Ideally located. 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown. Huge lot with beautiful front, side and backyards. The Çul-de-Sac street makes it very peaceful and quiet. The landscape and topography makes it look so beautiful.
