Quiet time is from 11pm-7am outside, in accordance to the city bylaws. You're helping next door residents enjoy their sleep, weekdays or weekends.
Checkout is 11am. Any late checkout could hold up our next guests and prevents the cleaners from doing their scheduled job. It takes just under 5 hours to prepare and clean for next guests so 11am-4pm is strictly for the cleaners unless previous arrangements are made.
A fee of $150 for the first late hour after check out, and a charge of $250 each hour after that will apply.
To keep guests happy staying after you, we ask that you please do take care of the home and all of it's properties. This is to ensure every guest gets the same great stay as you will have, just as the previous guests did for you. Any missing or broken items, suite damages are the responsibility of the person who books and replacement fees may be requested.
ID may be requested and an additional deposit may be required to finalize booking. This is made through etransfer or cash deposit. Our extensive reviews should ensure you will receive it back as to date, there are zero negative feedback on deposits.
Any kind of smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the home. Smoking areas are outside of the house. Be sure to have doors closed when smoking. Each and every guests deserves a smoke/smell free home. If strong smells are found or pet dander, it may postpone future guests checkin as there will be an additional cleaning time to remove. Additional fees are up to $500.
Any kind of glitter or loose sparkles is absolutely not allowed unless cleaned up properly. It's time consuming to clean. Any kind of large amounts of glitter, rose pedals, etc left on the property may result in a minimum $100 fee for additional cleanup and a delayed check in for next guest.
Only authorized amount of guests are allowed on the property at anytime, no visitors allowed.
Failure to follow any rules can/will result in immediate cancellation of booking without refund, and/or additional fees for damages, negligence causing repairs, and/or excessive cleaning may be applied. This is to ensure every future guest has a great suitable stay every time just as the previous guest has done for you.

We ask you to please throw away all garbage to prevent smells and delays before you leave in case the cleaning crew won't make it for a couple days after your stay. Also please do rinse off any dishes left over to prevent food/liquid from drying or building up. You can load the dishwasher and just start it. There is an organics bin (green) so please throw ALL food inside. Animals may get to the garbage easily which creates a big mess when on the curb for pickup. Extra cleaning charges may apply if left untidy.
