The Space:
On entering you will be greeted with a stylish beach vibe, open plan living space, indoor dining, comfortable couch seating with a large flat screen TV, complete with free WiFi & Netflix.
The living space spills out onto a private terrace where you can enjoy outdoor dining in quiet surrounds looking out to the pool and palm trees. Or you may choose to dine in enjoying the cool comfort of air-conditioning.
The kitchen is well equipped and very functional for those who like to eat-in. Many kitchen basics are supplied making it easy to cook up a storm. You will have everything you need for a short or extended stay (Please note there is no dishwasher)
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen TV with a good size ensuite.
The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds which can be zipped together to make a king bed, creating a versatile space for both adults and children (please advise on bedding configuration when booking)
The third bedroom is a smaller room with a single bed, perfect for a child or teenager (please note there is no window in this bedroom)
The second bathroom has a combined shower bath and separate toilet. Plus full laundry facilities.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. There is a dedicated garage parking spot in the basement. The pool is shared with other apartments in the complex.

A hub for visitors to the Sunshine Coast, Mooloolaba is also a locals’ paradise. Featured in TripAdvisor’s top 10 Beaches list two years running, Mooloolaba’s gentle beach break is also one of the safest and most protected breaks and is patrolled all year round.
The Esplanade's vibrant strip is bustling with a multitude of cafes, restaurants and shops to suit all needs.
The fitness culture is evident with everyone from power walkers to board paddlers rising early to view the beautiful sunrise and enjoy the lovely mornings.
During off-season periods and weeknights the town is noticeably quieter and you will most likely find the locals rolling out a picnic blanket to enjoy the stunning sunset.
Getting Around:
Bus 600 picks you up in either direction at the end of Meta Street (beach end) taking you North to Sunshine Plaza at Maroochydore or South to Aussie World at Palmview and Australia Zoo at Beerwah and everything in between. Please refer to Translink for more details. Uber is available in Mooloolaba.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.
Basement entrance height is 2.4 metres.
We strictly do not accept "Schoolies" or similar groups.
This is a quite community please respect our lovely neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
