This is a WALKUP LEGAL BSMT APT. We are family with 2 young kids. Hence you might hear some noise from upstairs.
The apartment was built & decorated very elegantly by designer professionals with comfort & Elegance in mind.
The open concept living room has a Smart TV, 65 inches connected with IPTV where you have access to multi language live & recorded programs.
The full kitchen is equipped with everything that you need to have a home cooked meal.
There are 2 large bedrooms with Queen-size mattresses. Top of the line memory foam mattresses are included in all rooms, with duvets and pillows to ensure your stay is personalized and enjoyable.
***TO NOTE: This apartment comfortably sleeps 4. we can accommodate 2 more guests for an additional cost of $60 per guest per nights.

Host to request ID’s of all guests PRIOR TO CHECKIN. Cancellation policies apply.
No smoking or VAPING in the home, violating this rule will result in a $1,000 fee. Please note all rooms and hallways are equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors for our guests’ safety.
No smoking outside the apartment by the stairs as well. any violation will be subject to fine as we are allergic issues.
Unless authorized in advance, check-in is any time after 3 pm, and check-out is 11 AM. Late check out fees will apply after 11 AM. ($50 per hour)
Absolutely No outdoor/soiled shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front.
Please do not overload either washer or dryer. Do not exceed the amount of laundry detergent indicated in dispenser. Be sure to empty the lint tray in the dryer after every use and leave the washer door and tray open to allow moisture to dry.
Missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process.
Excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave right away without a refund of your stay.
No parties to be hosted in the suite

Any unauthorized guests are subject to additional charges at $60 per guest per night.
Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
By booking you agree to not hold us liable for any injury, illness of the renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
Cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathroom, beds and kitchen.
Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be charged at an hourly rate.
Long term stays are subject to weekly check-ins/cleaning

*Electrical board & Furnace room is in unit we might need access to it in case of any emergency. Limited notice to be given
*For stays longer than 10 days, it may be necessary for us to conduct a routine inspection of the unit, which typically takes 1-3 hours.
We will provide 24 hours’ notice prior to the inspection, except in cases of emergency or when necessary for the builder to access the unit, in which case a shorter notice may be provided regardless of the length of stay.
*We provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. Coffee, hand soap, toilet paper, toiletries) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
*Video surveillance is installed outside of the home and in the garage (6 cameras in total)
