Our apartment is conveniently located on The Esplanade in the heart of Burleigh Heads, offering easy access to a variety of transportation options:

WALKING
Burleigh Beach: Just steps away from your door, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beautiful Burleigh Beach.

James Street: A 5-minute walk will take you to James Street, the bustling hub of Burleigh Heads, where you'll find an array of boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Bus: There is a bus stop located right out front of the apartment (on the Gold Coast Highway side), providing easy access to the Gold Coast's public transport network. Buses can take you to nearby attractions such as Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Surfers Paradise, and the Gold Coast Airport.

Tram: The nearest tram station is Pacific Fair which is a short bus ride away, offering a convenient and scenic route to explore the wider Gold Coast area.

DRIVING
Parking: There are two (tandem) secure parking spots provided for our guests plus a number of 8 hour guest spots available.

Car Rentals: There are several car rental agencies nearby if you prefer to explore the area by car.

CYCLING
Bike Rentals: Enjoy the dedicated cycling paths along the coast. Bike rentals are available at various spots around Burleigh Heads, allowing you to explore the beautiful coastline at your own pace.

RIDESHARE
Uber & Taxis: Uber and local taxi services are readily available and can be easily booked via their respective apps.

Before your arrival, you will be required to complete guest verification through our trusted third-party provider, Truvi. This process helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations while ensuring added protection for both our guests and properties. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with instructions—please complete the verification before your arrival to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in.

As part of your stay, you’ll have the option to either:
- Pay a $750 refundable security deposit, or
- Purchase a $55 non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend choosing the damage waiver, as it provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay.

SECURE CARPARKS (TWO TANDEM)
The apartment includes two (tandem) secure underground parking spaces with a height restriction of 2.2 meters, providing safe parking during your stay in Burleigh Heads.
The carparks are conveniently located right beside the elevators making it a breeze to get from your car to the apartment.

GOLD COAST AIRPORT IN COOLANGATTA
Located a 15-minute drive away, with a convenient bus stop right outside the apartment main entrance offering direct services to the airport.
