The Space:
Comprising 3 bedrooms with queen beds, this holiday home is perfect for a couples getaway or for a weekend away with friends. 2 modern bathrooms, a sitting room with a TV. The lovely windows face Horseshoe Bay, and a kitchen/dining area with a breakfast nook featuring beautiful leadlight windows.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, electric oven and a microwave.
Reverse Cycle air-conditioning in the living area.
Bedroom one and two have a queen bed and drawers for clothing storage with a wardrobe in bedroom one.
Bedroom three includes a queen bed and a single bunk bed and chest of drawers.
All bedrooms have a sitting area with comfortable seating.
Main bathroom is fully renovated and modern with a spacious shower, vanity and a toilet.
There is a second bathroom also beautifully appointed including a shower, vanity and toilet.
The laundry has a washing machine and access to outside.
