Aqui você encontra um lugar ideal para repor suas energias com direito a banho de mar na linda Praia de Ipioca, pertencente à irresistível Costa dos Corais, litoral Norte de Alagoas. A casa é toda térrea, ideal para uma família pequena. Composta por dois quartos, sendo uma suíte, uma ampla sala de estar. Ambos dotados de ar-condicionado e Smart TV conectadas ao Wi-Fi. A cozinha também é bem completa: além do básico como, geladeira frost free, forno, fogão e todos os utensílios de cozinha, além de tudo isso você terá à disposição cafeteira, microondas, airfryer, gela-água, sanduicheira e batedeira. Na área de serviço, máquina de lavar roupas. Na parte externa da casa, uma ampla área de lazer com piscina e gramado e um espaço gourmet com churrasqueira, pia e geladeira. Na varanda, é possível desfrutar das redes e poltronas. O Residencial onde a casa se encontra é fechado, com portaria 24horas e rondas de segurança.
