This is a lovely unit in the Juliet building. This is an ideal location for parking your car and walking everywhere. Within a 10-minute walking radius are all the downtown attractions, and just out your door offers a variety of restaurants, pubs and shopping. This unit sleeps four with full in-suite laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, and Wifi, dining for four along with a lovely sofa in the living room to experience the views of the city. This unit is perfect for a couple's stay or up to four. Parking is included in the rental cost, but unless you are taking day trips to experience the rest of the island you don’t need one as all the major attractions are only steps away. Additional parking is available next door in the Johnson Street parkade.

For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $150 administrative fee up until you are within 30 days of travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 14 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable.
