In 5 minutes walk to the beach, surrounded by very popular cafes. A lovely family home in arguably the best street in Lyall Bay. Ten minutes to town by car and within 5 minutes from airport, and bus stop around the corner. A warm, inviting home for easy living and entertaining. All day sun, fully furnished, linen and towels, unlimited wifi and netflix. 3 Double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Central heating/aircon and gas fire for all comforts. Kitchen open-plan and family room and separate lounge. Indoor-outdoor flow to the back garden and patio for the summer bbqs. Unwind after a day of exploring on the front deck with a glass of wine till the sun sets. Fully fenced with off street parking for 2 cars and garden shed for storage of bikes, surf boards etc.
