Ducted evaporative air-conditioning throughout; Ceiling fans in every room. 2 televisions (1 large smart-screen television), DVD player, CD player, WiFi for guests use, Books. Gas heating. Well equipped kitchen with European appliances including dishwasher, hotplates and oven, microwave, medium refrigerator; Coldstream water purifier; Plunger coffee (BYO ground coffee). Outdoor dining & seating, Outdoor lounge setting, Hooded gas barbecue. Washing machine, Clothes dryer. Fish cleaning sink by shed, Orange buoy boat mooring.
