Nashville Riverfront Condo

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway or to Germantown. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice balcony to have coffee in the morning. Harry was responsive to any questions we had and instructions were extremely clear.I would definitely stay again.

Different than expected..

There was nothing outwardly awful about this stay but there was massive construction across the street, the condo could have been much cleaner, the area was very sketchy and we had people banging on our door at 9 am asking to do a fire inspection. I am surprised this property is so highly rated because I think any hotel would be miles better and there must be better options somewhere in the city. There was nothing wrong with the property per se, it just was not at all what I expected with such a high rating..

Great Room in the Middle of Nashville

Although me and my spouse had to leave early due to snow, Harry was a great and understanding host! The location is a hop jump and a skip away from locations such as the: Parthenon, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, the Batman Building, and a plethora of great restaurants! And we also want to thank Harry for leaving plenty of ear plugs around the condo due to construction going on across the street, which although out of his control, still made the trip enjoyable!

Perfect spot for a snow day

I travelled to Nashville for a wedding and found the condo to be the perfect location: it was walking distance to the wedding venue, walking distance to the wonderful Ryman, where I saw a once in a lifetime performance by all my favorite bluegrass legends, walking distance to downtown when I needed to venture out find provisions in a once in a century snow storm.. I loved the balcony overlooking the river.. Harry checked in multiple times to make sure everything was ok. I have recommended the Riverfront as the place to stay in Nashville!

Walkable condo

We were able to park our car at the condo and either walk or rideshare very easily everywhere we wanted to go. The parking being free was a plus. The condo was clean and the owner’s communication was great. The owner also provided very useful information and recommendations about the area. We would gladly stay here again.

This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy 5$ – 8$ Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!
We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. From the condo, you have a view of the beautiful Nashville Cumberland river. Staying at this condo gives you access to a pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. It’s a very safe building. All of the tenants have agreed on a No Party Policy with a strictly enforced noise ordinance so you won’t have noisy neighbors.
