DOWNSTAIRS
- Second living area with tv and some children’s books and games. Lovely garden outlook.

Please note, there is strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere at the property. A $200 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is detected.

Guest Access:
This home is one of two townhouses on the property.
Parking is in the driveway on the left but also able to park along the public roadside outside the property fence.
No parking on the property lawns.
The Neighborhood:
The Fleurieu Peninsula has so much to offer.
The house is just a 3 minute drive from Middleton township and a further 5 minutes to Port Elliot with its boutique stores, cafe’s, surf club, walking trails and family friendly Horshoe Bay.
In the other direction is is Goolwa. Take the historic Cockle (steam) train to Victor Harbor along the coast. Enjoy seafood delicacies at Kuti Shack at Goolwa beach by the surf club or take a cruise along the Coorong.
Getting Around:
You’ll mostly need to drive but there is a bikeway between Victor Harbor and Goolwa which passes through Port Elliot and Middleton.
