Located just one mile from the Nashville strip of Broadway it has everything you need for your trip to Nashvegas! The condo sleeps 4 and has one king bed and a queen sofa sleeper! The kitchen is full of all amenities you need during your stay. Parking is FREE and you will be located right on the greenway, great for a morning run or just a walk to see different parts of the city. Easy 25 minute walk to downtown, 1.2 miles or a $10 Uber!
Located a mile from Broadway and two blocks from several of the new Germantown restaurants and hot spots!
This area is a popular stay for many locals as well as guests traveling to Nashville.

This unit is located on 1st Ave, next to the river. We're in between downtown and Germantown, and you can easily walk to both. Near all the biggest attractions including the honky tonks, restaurants, Bridgestone Arena (Predators), Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium (Titans), First Tennessee Park (Sounds) and much more.
This Cozy and Comfortable condo is on the second floor. It will provide you with the comforts of home during your stay in our beautiful city. It can accommodate 4 guests.

Fantastic Location

We loved our stay here! The condo’s location right on the river was awesome, and it was an easy walk to downtown/Broadway along the river. Harry was very communicative, and the condo itself was well furnished and the king sized bed was super cozy. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Perfect Condo for couple in Downtown Nashville

Riverfront condo was perfect for those who enjoy walking to venues and events in downtown Nashville (Broadway). (If you don't care to walk, you can easily Uber or rent scooters or bikes which are everywhere.) The host (Harry) communicated very well. Condo was clean and all essential items for activities of daily living were available. We would absolutely stay there again!

Girls trip!

My sister & I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate her 21st birthday. It was a great location, almost behind all the action of Broadway. It was very safe, the only thing we disliked was the construction.. but overall it was great. It was exactly like the pictures. It would’ve been even better if we had more lightning in the bedroom (girls trying to get ready HA!) we were able to Uber to downtown for 8. I also loved the keypad on the door, easy to use & didn’t have to worry about a key! I would recommend staying here!!

very convenient location

Property is on the river and very close to Downtown. Only thing is there is considerable construction going on in the area so feels like you are in the midst of a construction zone. That said, parking is great and as expensive as it is to park in Nashville, I often used inexpensive UBER rides and left my rental at the condo. Harry is a good host and very responsive if you have questions, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and that is probably the bottom line.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious. The only slight problem was the workout path closest to the property wasn’t the safest but we found a safe park close by.Otherwise, everything was great!

First time staying in Nashville

This condo was just what we needed for our short stay. We were able to walk or Uber to downtown as well as take a short drive to The Grand Ole Opry (20 minute drive). The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and read.

Small but cozy. Don’t need much, bed is comfy, water is hot. Pretty easy walk to broadway and in a quiet up and coming area. Would recommend and stay again next time in Nashville.

Riverside in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. This apartment was cozy and had cute decorations. It was a little bit of a walk to Broadway but we enjoyed the walk along the riverside. Upon arrival we spotted two groundhogs that were so cute. Harry was helpful in providing some ideas for the Nashville area and was super accommodating and responsive.

This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy 5$ – 8$ Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!

We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. From the condo, you have a view of the beautiful Nashville Cumberland river. Staying at this condo gives you access to a outdoor pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. It’s a very safe building. All of the tenants have agreed on a No Party Policy with a strictly enforced noise ordinance so you won’t have noisy neighbors.
