The property includes 3 lounge areas with a smart TV, a well equipped kitchen with new appliances, large outdoor and indoor dining areas, 3.5 bathrooms, laundry with washer/dryer and a spacious backyard with basketball hoop & other recreational equipment.


Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen & towels provided):
Bedroom 1 - Master suite with king size bed, private ensuite, private salon with TV, walk-in wardrobe and private balcony
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed with private ensuite & built in wardrobe
Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed & built in wardrobe
Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed & built in wardrobe
Bedroom 5 - Queen size bed & built in wardrobe
(On request) A lounge room can be converted into a 6th sleeping area with a pull out sofa bed.
