This home features central air/heat, 5 color cable tvs, blue ray dvd player in living room (allows guests to access their Netflix account as well as Hulu plus), 2 dvd players (master bedroom & queen bedroom downstairs), wireless internet access, stereo/cd player, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, gas fireplace (seasonal only, Oct. 1 - Mar. 31), garage with wet weather entry, 2 covered porches with Intracoastal Waterway views and 2 oceanfront sundecks with furniture.

$150 Non-Refundable Pet Fee per Dog or Cat - max number allowed is 4.

Elevator is not available for tenant use.

This vacation home is located 1 block south of the Surf City traffic light near the heart of Surf City in the central part of Topsail Island. Walk or bike to shops, restaurants, Surf City pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum that tells the story of our island’s past.

Trip Preparation:

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air and much more! See our site for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this rental does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
