Moments to local amenities, minutes to South Shore beaches, 15 minutes to Charlottetown and the airport, 25 minutes to the confederation bridge, and 25 minutes to the North Shore beaches, this property is perfectly positioned for you to enjoy all that PEI has to offer.
Our property is private and the back yard offers an oasis for family time. We have a large covered deck, extensive patio, in-ground salt water pool with diving board, 5 person hot tub and a pool house with fridge and freezer.
Inside there is space for the whole family offering 3 separate living room areas, one on each level, including a main, open concept living area.
This is the perfect area to live in PEI of you like peace and tranquility yet within a short drive to everything. We provide lots of information including the inside track on many of our islands secret spots to make your visit to our island truly memorable.

We adore our island, and there's no better way to share the "Living on PEI" experience than by inviting people from around the world to enjoy our beautiful home. Here, you'll find a true home away from home, and we're dedicated to crafting the perfect setting for your island getaway. We're a lively family with two teenagers, passionate about sports and actively involved in our local community. When we're not busy, you’ll find us walking our dogs, savoring leisure time in the stunning PEI countryside, or visiting one of our island's gorgeous beaches.
Why they chose this property
Our home is nestled in the heart of the island, just minutes from Bonshaw, where you can explore the trails of Strathgartney and Bonshaw Hills Provincial Park. This location is ideal for us as it provides tranquility, a wonderful community, and a central position that makes day trips to all the island’s attractions easily accessible.
Charlottetown is 15 minutes drive, Summerside is 35 minutes drive and the Confederation Bridge is 25 minutes. You can get to the beautiful red sand beaches of the South Shore in 10 minutes by car and the North Shore Beaches in Cavendish are 30 minutes away. This is a perfect location to explore the entire island.

Spread across three levels, our accommodation offers ample living space, allowing you to come together or enjoy quiet moments on your own. Our backyard oasis is a true highlight: start your day with coffee on the covered deck, take a refreshing swim in the heated in-ground saltwater pool, host a family BBQ, or unwind in the 5-person hot tub. Please note, our pool ranges from 3 to 9 feet deep and includes a diving board; it’s not suitable for children without constant adult supervision and/or for those who are weak swimmers.
