Guests can use meeting room ,indoor pool , sauna , gym & underground parking space.
Not for parties and young adults get together spot. Only professional guests are welcome.
In case of suspicious activity, partying and loud noises that disturbs others, guests will be asked to vacate the premises without money being refunded.
Long term stays are welcome.

The Most Awesome Host
We are frequent travelers to the Brampton, Kitchener/Waterloo, and Mississauga Ontario cities and mostly book short term vacation rental condo units. This is the first time we had a host and unit that was 100 percent honest, transparent, responsive, and very friendly. She put so much consideration into her rental. For example, it is the first time again for us where there were extra paper towels and toilet paper. She was very quick to respond. The unit was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical equipments. The view and location are exceptional. Very close the 403, 401, and QEW highways. The Erin Mills Town Centre is right across the street. This host is a keeper for us. Thank you for your awesome host skills. They were truly appreciated. Dr. Rebecca Bhiro
