With four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest retreat, Avalon is designed for both relaxation and enjoyment. Modern amenities like hydronic heating, ceiling fans, a Nespresso coffee machine and a spacious undercover outdoor deck with hot tub and landscaped gardens enhance your stay. The studio, featuring tri-bunks is perfect for larger groups or families.
The open-plan living area connects to the outdoor entertaining space, offering spectacular views of the dunes. The smaller, more intimate lounge opens to a full-length front veranda, providing a perfect spot to unwind. Avalon’s thoughtful design includes two distinct living areas, ensuring privacy and space for everyone.
Situated in a peaceful lane, just a short 600 m walk from Montford’s Beach, Avalon offers the perfect setting for a coastal escape. The surrounding wild terrain and sparkling sands provide a picturesque backdrop for morning strolls and afternoon adventures. In the evenings, the property invites you to savor a barbecue in the generous outdoor area, take a soothing dip in the hot tub or enjoy cozy gatherings by the open fireplace in the charming lounge.
