New Top Floor 3Bed, 2 Bath South Facing Condo at Sparrowhawk Resort

Welcome to our brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that can accommodate 8 guests. Located in peaceful Dead Mans Flats, only 7 minutes to Canmore and 25 mins to Banff. The spacious third floor, 1200sq' unit has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Our beautiful condo has a fully stocked kitchen, gas BBQ, TV in every room, private laundry, fireplace, patio, parks pass to borrow and underground parking.**Complex under construction. Completion approx Fall 2024.

Located on the Third Floor in the Sparrowhawk Complex, our 1200 sq' one level, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has all the comforts of home. In suite laundry, large patio with a gas BBQ, underground heated parking for 1 vehicle and a TV in every room. Enjoy the evening sun on the south facing balcony.


Dead Man's Flats is a quiet town just off the highway so you can quickly get to Kananaskis (30 mins), Canmore (5 mins) or Banff (25 mins). Restaurants and shops are the short drive to Canmore. Bow River backs on to the complex with walking trails nearby.

The condo an comfortably sleep 8 people with our 1 King and 2 queen beds with a queen pull out coach.

** Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed in the condo. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

The Tomahawk building is complete but the grounds, pool and second building are still under construction. Completion plans are Fall 2024

Guests staying with us will also have access to the secure parking garage, Pool/hot tub (when completed), ski and bike storage (once completed).

Our building is complete but guests might still experience some inconveniences with the construction on the grounds.
