The Diamond View Beach House is perfectly located just off the Esplanade. The main front beach is only a short 100 meter walk, and only 200m away from the town centre with access to everything you need—whether it's a stroll to the supermarket, a visit to the bakery, a meal at the hotel or enquiries at the information centre. The home features three well-appointed bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: A luxurious queen-sized bed with a full built-in robe, complemented by two bedside tables and a tall boy. Enjoy direct access to the front verandah through your own private entrance.

Second Bedroom: Another queen-sized bed with built-in robes and bedside tables on either side, offering a serene view of the enclosed backyard.

Third Bedroom: Ideal for the kids, with two single beds designed for a cozy and fun space.

The bathroom layout is thoughtfully separated into distinct areas: a shower and bath, a separate toilet, and a wash basin/vanity, ensuring convenience and privacy. The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a full-sized sink, plus a door leading directly to the enclosed backyard.

Outside, you’ll find ample parking and a fully enclosed backyard with high fences for privacy and security. Enjoy the outdoors with comfortable furniture and a gas barbecue, perfect for family cookouts and relaxing afternoons.

**SMOKING:
Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. Ashtray is provided. Please ensure to clean up after yourself and empty ashtray upon check out

**PETS:
Dogs allowed by pre-approval ONLY. Dogs WILL NOT be allowed inside house. There is a secure backyard to house pets. There will also be an additional $50 pet cleaning fee per stay.

*Your dog should be properly trained and ensure there are no damages to property.
*Please ensure you remove dog droppings from backyard before check-out.
*You will be charged for any damages caused by your dog.
*Limit of one dog during stay.
*You will need to bring your own dog bed and food/water bowl.
