The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.
• The dock is available for swimming, however guests cannot park personal watercraft.
• Please note that boat slip/buoy renters may walk down the side of the house to and from their watercraft but are required to "load & go,” and cannot use the dock to swim/etc. like guests of the home can.
• The rental includes access to the lower level of the home only.
• This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
