This comfortable residence can accommodate up to 11 guests with separate living areas and levels for families and groups of friends. Enjoy expansive decks with harbor views and a refreshing pool.

The highlight of this property is the private gated access to Seven Shillings Beach. From the boathouse, you can easily access the sand and enjoy the tranquility of the harbor. The boathouse is equipped with outdoor seating, making it perfect for picnics or enjoying the water.

Spectacular views, location and property.
The property is amazing. It provides everything one would need. We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed it tremendously. The property managers were very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay again.
