Parking Information
Carport parking - access is via the shared drive between 10 & 12 Errard St. Follow it to the very end, open the gate and park in the carport. There is parking for 1 car per terrace.
Street parking is available and is metred.

* Smoking is restricted to outdoors, away from open doors and windows
* Firearms including slingshots are prohibited Fireworks are illegal and are prohibited
* Property is not to be used for illegal purposes such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harbouring fugitives, etc
* Occupancy of the premises shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb neighbours
* The house occupancy is no more than booked people
* No parties or events Restrictions on pets are outlined in the listing
* At check-out
* Wash and put away your dishes
* Make sure all lights, heaters and coolers are off
* Clean up after your pets
* Clean the BBQ after use
* Remove all rubbish and put in correct bins outside
* Do not wash the linen
Checkout information
Strictly 10am. Due to cleaning scheduling we cannot accommodate late check outs. Please leave the key to the property back in the lockbox.

Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There’s a little rubbish bin for everything else. Please DO NOT stand on the toilet seat, we sit on the toilet seat.
BBQ
This property does have a barbecue. It is located in the carport.
We always aim to have a full gas bottle available but if you run out of gas you can exchange the bottle at service stations. Clean the barbecue after use and before checkout otherwise a $50 fee will be charged. If you have found the barbecue dirty, we apologise.
Waste
Bin location: In the carport
General Waste (red lid or small green bin) - collected weekly
Recycling (yellow lid) - please do not put glass or soft plastics in the bin (use general waste bin)
Green waste (bright green lid) - please do not put food scraps or pet waste in the bin (use general waste)
There is glass bottle recycling available at this property.
Unless we send message and request, a Flairbnb team member will take the rubbish bins to the kerb for collection and put away again. Please make sure they have access to the bins from the afternoon prior to the bin collection day.
