PLEASE NOTE: There are 3 bedrooms with (one king bed and two queen beds), 1 bedroom with two double bunk beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a pull out single trundle bed underneath.
These five bedrooms accommodates 12 guests plus the additional sofa bed in the downstairs TV room for two people, making it a total of 14 guests.

We have taken the time in our Guest Manual to include our personal recommendations to make your stay feel like you have tapped into the local knowledge of the area.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICE
We have collaborated with our cleaning and laundry team who follow our strict guidelines to make sure the cleaning of the home and linen is of a high standard and disinfect between stays so you can rest assured you will have a clean, worry-free stay.

As this is a luxury coastal rental, we do require from the person booking to be over 26 years of age, no parties, events or additional unregistered guests, strictly no smoking/vaping inside and no pets allowed (assistance dogs are exempt).

Our neighbours are permanent residents and live here because it is a peaceful place, so please respect our rules with regard to excessive noise during the day and after 10pm and before 8am. Failure to adhere to this will result in an immediate eviction from the property.
