This pet friendly coastal house is just a 5 minute walk straight down Forrest street to Cottesloe beach with a safe swimming enclosure, as well as all the beachfront bars and restaurants including Il Lido Italian Canteen and Indigo Oscar.

The front living room has 2 comfortable couches, wooden coffee table, floor rug, TV, lamp and split system aircon. Glass sliding doors lead out to the side of the property with frangipani trees, and 2 glass doors lead out to the front veranda.
The elevated undercover veranda off the living room has outdoor dining setting and wood floorboards beneath the coloured lights. This overlooks the enclosed grass area with lush gardens.
The kitchen has a breakfast bench with stool seats for 3, oven, electric stovetop, rangehood, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.
Off the kitchen is the dining area with solid wood square table and seating for 4 beneath the handing pendant light.
Glass sliding doors lead out to the paved back courtyard has a clothesline and BBQ beneath the shade sail.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, built-in mirrored robe, wooden tallboy drawers and armchair beneath the ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a built-in mirrored robe beneath the ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a spa bath with shower, single vanity basin and toilet.
The laundry has a front loader LG washing machine, separate Hoover dryer and sink trough.
