The clean modern kitchen is perfectly set up for a home cook. It features a range with two ovens, a stainless vent hood, disposal, farmhouse sink, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

The bedroom has a king bed, a large closet and dresser, and a romantic kiva fireplace, surrounded by coveted mud & straw walls. The spacious and light filled bathroom features large shower with seamless glass doors, double vanity and a beautiful clerestory window.

The patio has a table and chairs and webber grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. Through the gated latilla fence, you can access a lovely garden shaded by old trees, which contains a sofa, lounge chairs, and a dining table.
