Cozy Log House on Private Acreage 20 Minutes from Nelson.
This is a cozy log house with 3 bedrooms and a loft. There is an office that could potentially be used for additional sleeping room upon request. Its an older log home on an acreage. It is private and quiet. In winter you would want 4 wheel drive as we do have snowplow service you still need to have a good winter vehicle. In summer it is near the river, lots of wildflowers, hiking, walking trails.
Bedding: Queen/Queen/ Double/ Two Twins in loft (loft also has two extra twin mattresses)
House has high end linens with duvets, Starlink and TV.
There is a smaller 1 bedroom cabin on the property that can be rented with the house to accommodate larger groups or be rented on its own.

This is a property I use myself as I love it. It is quiet and full of nature. My preference is for longer stays of several weeks or even a couple of months. I am happy to discuss and offer longer term discounts. There is a smaller 1 bedroom cabin on the property that can be rented with the house to accommodate larger groups or be rented on its own. Just ask me for more details and availabilty.
Why they chose this property
I chose this location as it is a beautiful property very close to Ymir which has a great bakery, General Store, and BC's oldest pub. It is only 25 minutes to Nelson which has amazing restaurants. This is a great place to just chill out and check out.
What makes this property unique
This is a great property for peace and quiet. You can walk for miles right from the property. Across the road is the Salmo River which has amazing swimming holes and fishing. The rail trail is just across the road. Lots of nature right at your doorstep.
