Bayview offers a spacious and comfortable home with beautiful north facing aspect and stunning views across Botany Bay.
The area is ideal for push bike riding, with easy access to local bush walks, mountain bike riding tracks and children's playground. A 7 minute drive to the spectacular surfing beaches of Cronulla, including the 4WD beach at Boat harbour or walk across the road to swim in the calm blue waters of Botany Bay which are ideal for all water sports, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, windsurfing
The house is ideal for 1 or 2 families, sleeping 8-9 comfortably with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom downstairs.
With flexible bedding configuration Bedrooms with Single beds can be converted to king beds and a child's trundle bed can be placed in any room on request.
With large glass bi-fold doors leading out to the spacious front deck offering uninterrupted views over Botany Bay and the City skyline. A large flat yard including Decked Swim Spa, there is no shortage of places to relax.
The ample kitchen is equipped with state of the art smeg appliances, caesar stone bench tops, and all the kitchen essentials.
The town has a relaxed coastal feel. The esplanade stretches the length of the beachfront with the boat ramp and children's playground at one end and Kamay national park with wharf and education centre at the other end.
The town has many local cafe's, eatery's, takeaway shops and recreation club and the coffee is fantastic.
A slice of paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and with endless adventures to be had, Bayview is sure to offer the perfect family holiday, still within easy reach of Cronulla or the Sydney cbd.

A beautiful open plan spacious home located in a fantastic position, all swimming, water sports and fishing literally on your doorstep. Sit on the balcony and relax and still watch what is going on at the beach.
Plenty of local cafes with really good coffee. Kamay national park 10 minutes walk away, perfect for bushwalking and nature, lots of signifcant and historical information to be discovered in the park. Several pieces of large scale artwork are located in the park.
Whale and dolphin watching make this park unique.
Walk 5 minutes in the other direction and you come to boat ramp, a children's playground that boasts a massive climbing tower, flying fox and a great miniature skate park suitable for all age children.
A coastal casual vibe, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to Cronulla or even the City to enjoy all that Sydney has to offer and then retreat to the tranquility of Kurnell.
Popular surfing spots are minutes away at Boat harbour and Cronulla beaches.

Kurnell is an undiscovered jewel amongst Sydney southern suburbs, close enough to enjoy all that Sydney has to offer but then has the unique ability to offer a relaxed vibe the minute you spot the bay, you feel very much "finally at home".
Alternatively, its the perfect spot to place yourself for the duration of your stay and not have to venture out of the suburb, put your car in the garage and leave it there for your entire visit. (these are they days that Kurnell residents treasure the most).
Every activity and sport is within easy reach of the Bayview residence.
There is a variety of Cafe's and Takeaways which offer a wide variety of choice.
There is a brilliant fruit and veg shop, offering high quality produce and lots of fresh food options to put together easy meals at home. A friendly grocer for your basic supermarket requirements.
Dine in restaurants within walking distance of Bayview, is a fantastic pizza parlour and a really great Chinese Restaurant (inside the Recreational Club).
A ten minute bus trip gives you the option of travelling to and from Cronulla to enjoy the dining choices that Cronulla has to offer. The bus stop is very close to the residence.
