Our cosey abode promises a rejuvenating stay. Location is perfect. Our townhouse is right across from the East Perth Train Station. Also "Free" transport around the Perth Centre a few minute walk away see the map in our pictures. Take a peaceful stroll along the Swan River only 2 minutes away. Stay here and relax.

Lovely quiet residential neighbourhood to live like those in Perth live. Love walks by a river? You will be just a lovely 3 minute walk to the Swan River and only 20 minutes to Optus Stadium to catch your favourite sporting event etc. Easy to get downtown CBD where you will find volumes of shops and restaurants, cafes etc. etc.

You will have the entire place to yourselves. The townhouse has a coded door lock so you can easily collect the keys at the front door. Your access code will come with your check in instructions. You will have your own parking marked spot for your vehicle.

There is an accordion wall to provide privacy to the second bedroom/study. Desk and chair are here to make it a perfect quite study during your stay and a 2nd bathroom with a deep Bathtub.

6. Main ground floor features a full bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, living room area and kitchen plus dining area.

7. Your own private backyard area walled in to allow you space to enjoy the outdoors for sitting, eating a meal or take out your laptop.

Parking is simple a small lane off a quiet street to your own marked spot. East Perth train station across the street, FREE CAT (Central Area Transit) buses to hop on hop off and see the city of Perth downtown area only 8 mins walk to a bus stop, 2 minutes walk to the Swan river for a quiet stroll. Car or no car this is a great place to be.
