Tucked away in the charming town of Enterprise, Ontario, lies a newly built gem awaiting its first guests. This beautifully designed, custom-crafted home offers an inviting retreat for two couples or a small family of four, all set in the serene Eastern Ontario landscape. Come September, this enchanting abode will boast a third bedroom, a dedicated office space, and a luxurious hot tub, making it even more appealing for a tranquil getaway.

As you approach the property, you'll notice the well-thought-out layout. The driveway provides multiple parking options—left for roadside, straight ahead for the front of the cottage, or right towards the firepit area and main entrance, making unloading a breeze. Stepping inside, the front foyer greets you with an abundance of natural light and a spacious closet, perfect for tucking away suitcases. A convenient nook for coolers ensures you can keep your refreshments close by yet out of the way.

The journey through the cottage leads you past a handy storage area housing a front-load washer and dryer—ideal for those who need to catch up on laundry during their stay. Moving forward, you'll find a hallway giving access to the two breathtaking bedrooms, two pristine bathrooms, and a charming deck.

Continue into the heart of the home, where the kitchen, dining, and living areas meld into a single open-concept space. Here, a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows frames the picturesque backyard and lush forest beyond, bringing nature right into your living space. The fully equipped luxury kitchen invites culinary creativity, while the dining area comfortably seats six to eight guests, setting the stage for delightful meals and shared moments.

In the living area, a stylish yet comfortable sectional beckons you to relax, with a hanging reading lamp and a wood-burning stove adding warmth and ambiance. The separate wing of the cottage hosts the bedrooms, each with its unique charm. The first bedroom, awash in natural light from its floor-to-ceiling windows, offers a peaceful retreat. A short walk down the hall brings you to a three-piece bathroom, also featuring large windows that overlook the deck and greenspace—blinds are installed to ensure privacy.

Finally, the primary suite awaits at the end of the hallway. Enter through a walk-in closet, pass by a luxurious four-piece bathroom with an oversized tub, and step into a bedroom with high ceilings and a stunning view of the verdant backyard. This serene sanctuary is designed to offer the ultimate in comfort and relaxation, making it the perfect ending to your day at this enchanting property.
