Off the Living Room is a large, sunny rear courtyard with covered bench seating, an outdoor table setting and barbeque that is perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining.

The modern bathroom with deep shower bath has a European laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. A convenient fold away clothes rack, ironing board and iron is provided.

An all day Visitors Parking Permit is provided for free parking right outside the apartment in Bevan Street.
