This quality apartment is unique. It is a fully restored and renovated heritage listed, Art Deco classic built in the early 1930's. It features original Art Deco lead light, cornice, lights and timber work and is filled with a collection of early and mid 20th century furniture and original artworks.

Located in Middle Park, a premier inner Melbourne bayside suburb the location has wide, traffic-free, tree-lined streets and is close to the city, the beach, Melbourne's best park, a lake, cafes, shops, and two trams.

The apartment is like a self contained two story house. It can sleep up to 7 guests with a two queen bedrooms with a third single bedroom off the second queen bedroom plus the double sofa bed in the living room.

The large main queen bedroom with courtyard outlook has a Smart TV, workstation desk, chest of draws, and built is wardrobe. The second queen bedroom has a original mid century vanity. Off this bedroom is a separate single bedroom with useful shelves and hanging racks plus a delightful jungle garden outlook.

A striking black and white restored Art Deco inspired bathroom with shower is located upstairs between the bedrooms.

Downstairs is a fully equipped renovated kitchen with all the needed appliances for cooking pleasure. The kitchen is stocked with a basic pantry.
The fully integrated kitchen features an induction cook top, stylish stainless steel range hood, a concealed washer/dryer and two under bench stools. Creatively designed and looking through stylish metal frame windows to the courtyard garden the kitchen is highlighted by handmade Spanish tiles, Austrian European birch parquetry floor, stunning Australian stone from the Pilbara and stylish Royal Doulton crockery.

The kitchen looks out on a private outdoor courtyard with outdoor table and barbecue that sits under a jungle like canopy of various palms and banana trees.

Conveniently located next to the kitchen is the dining room with a stunning matching Pilbara stone table with striking stainless steel chairs that comfortably seat six. The Art Deco fireplace (aesthetics only), lead light Tiffany lamp, original mid century cabinet, sculpture and stylish modern designer lamps all add warmth, character and charm.

The large separate lounge room with courtyard garden outlook has a double sofa bed that provides extra accommodating with bedding provided in the cupboard under the stairs.
