Virtually across the road and around the corner is the popular, landmark, Vincent Hotel and all the shops, cafes and restaurants you may need during your stay. The home is easy walking distance to the Albert Park shopping village with its popular boutiques and eateries. Also close by is Albert Park, Melbourne’s premier sports, aquatic and recreation park with its stunning lake. South Melbourne Market and all the great Clarendon Street shops, cafes and restaurants are only minutes away..

The home has been fully renovated and decorated with a collection of stylish furniture.

From the moment you arrive, it invites you to relax on the red outdoor bench that sits sheltered under the front veranda overlooking the delightful garden of roses, lilac and hedges and the rows of fine heritage homes opposite.

For accommodation the home has three generous bedrooms. Upstairs on the open plan first floor is a spacious queen Master Bedroom with luxury Ensuite with shower and large Walk in Robe. Downstairs the Queen bedroom with large built-in wardrobes looks out on the delightful streetscape. Down the hall, the Twin Single bedroom has a wardrobe and a sunny, light court outlook. A porta cot and high chair is available on request. This light and bright home can comfortably sleep up to six guests.

On ground level the stylish central bathroom has a shower and deep bath. Hair dryers are provided. In the bathroom is a laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer. A drying rack, ironing board and iron is provided.

For guests and visitors convenience the home has a separate toilet off the hall.

Open the distinctive front black security door and walk down the timber floor hall with collected artworks. It opens out to the spacious rear kitchen/dining and lounge at the rear.

The modern chef’s kitchen is complete with stainless steel European appliances and a marble island bench. The kitchen is complete with all the needed appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, food blender and a well-equipped pantry with all the basics for cooking pleasure.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a glass top dining table that comfortable seats six.

The rear living area has a large couch and two comfortable arm chairs, large Smart TV mounted on the wall and a Bluetooth sound system. The living room has folding doors that open out on to the sunny rear garden allowing the delightful sea breezes off nearby Port Phillip Bay to flow through.

At the rear of the home is a courtyard garden with an outdoor setting for six and a gas barbeque. If the sun gets too strong a wind out awning can be opened for shade. This home is perfect for entertaining and al fresco dining in style.

The house features ducted heating, air conditioning, fast WiFi with unlimited data and free on-street parking right outside the front door for one car using the Visitor Parking Permit supplied. Sorry, no pets.

Albert Park is famous for its heritage homes, beach and Albert Park. There is so much to see and do in the area. Stroll the beachfront or cycle on the many safe dedicated bike paths. There are electric bikes and scooters that can be hired using the Lime or Uber Apps.

Albert Park is well served by Melbourne’s premier tourist route the No. 96 Light Rail that is 1k away or the No. 1 Tram that is only 200 meters away. Both are only minutes away and depart roughly every ten minutes.

Popular St.Kilda only 5 minutes away and the city 20 minutes on the 96 tram.

Albert Park which is less than 3 kilometers from Melbourne city. It sits between Port Melbourne on Port Phillip Bay to the north and Middle Park with its stunning park and lake to the south. Nearby is the popular tourist destinations of the Melbourne city and St.Kilda.

Albert Park is famous for its beach and well-preserved historic Victorian (late 19th Century) and Edwardian (early 20th Century) houses and its quiet, wide, tree lined streets. No trip to Albert Park is complete without a stroll along the Port Phillip Bay beachfront foreshore. If art or multimedia is of interest the National Gallery of Victoria's Australian and Indigenous collections and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) are both at Federation Square. The National Gallery of Victoria is always having a major world class exhibition. Check out what is on during your stay.

If it is shopping, fashion and fine dining you are after then go no further than around the corner to the Victoria Avenue Shopping Centre, or visit Chapel Street in South Yarra especially on a Saturday or head out to Melbourne’s fashion capital at Chadstone Shopping Centre.

Literally out the door and around the corner is the Victoria Avenue shopping strip with plenty of great shops, cafes and restaurants. It has everything you may need during your stay. Around the corner in Victoria Avenue for great coffee and breakfast is Lenny’s or Guilty Moose. The Vincent Hotel is a local favourite. This ever-popular pub is the local watering hole and well worth a visit for a drink or bite.

For nearby exceptional dining experiences within walking distance try the modern Indian cuisine is Atta at 159/161 Victoria Avenue, the brilliant genuine Italian style pizzas go to Italian Artisan at 135 Victoria Avenue or the modern Japanese food at Brother Shota at 125 Victoria Avenue. All outstanding. It is also just a short walk to award winning Jock’s Ice Cream at 83 Victoria Avenue. Try Turkish Delight or Hokey Pokey. Yum.

Popular for breakfast, lunch or dinner is nearby Bridport Street, Albert Park with its many quality cafes and restaurants and boutiques. This busy shopping strip has everything you may need during your stay. Don’t miss the Albert Park Hotel that’s uber cool and well worth a visit. The Village Wine Bar is the go-to bar and restaurant at the moment. Bookings essential. Whilst in the shopping strip people come from miles for the famous Andrew’s Burgers at 144 Bridport Street. You will see photos of past Masterchef judges on the wall of fame. This is a local must visit.

I love Melbourne and and have been living in the area for over 25 years. I can share my favourite local treasures such as the penguins at St.Kilda Pier, where to feast on the finest food, buy bargains at the local shops, how catch a city show at a bargain price, how to see almost any sport you could imagine or where enjoy the most amazing local sunsets. at the nearby beach. Other suggestions include the best way to see the Great Ocean Road or visit the superb Yarra Valley wineries.

I want to make your stay is memorable and have prepared maps and information on all the great things to do in in and around Albert Park and Melbourne in a manual called "Adventures Albert Park". It's on the desk in the front Living Room.
