This 1100 sq ft, 3 Bed (+ Office), 2 Bath, 4 Season cottage has been completely renovated (including 2 additions) and boasts an all new kitchen and bathrooms, new water system, new docks (including 16' x 16' main dock), backup generator, Campfire Area, Kayaks and much more. This is a dog-friendly (with exceptions) cottage, enjoys good privacy and is located on one of the quietest bays on Wollaston Lake. Enjoy a sandy walk in or over 8 feet deep off the dock. There is also loads of parking for cars and toy haulers.
Wollaston Lake is a medium sized, deep lake that hosts many species of fish including Large mouth and Small mouth Bass, Pickerel, Pike and Lake Trout and offers a public boat launch. Wollaston Lake is situated in the town of Coe Hill Ontario with easy connection to miles and miles of snowmobile and ATV trails and only 30 minutes to Bancroft for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There are also a couple of nearby golf courses if you want to get out for a round or two.

Why they chose this property
Coe Hill is a quaint town that boasts many annual attractions such as the Coe Hill Fair, Warriors Day Parade, etc. It has everything you need (small grocery store, gas station, restaurants) but is also only 25 minutes from Apsley or Bancroft which are larger towns with more amenities and choices for health services. dining & entertainment.
