Step into a timeless beautifully restored modern apartment. Situated between lush parks and the vibrant Melbourne CBD, this retreat offers a city lifestyle.
As you enter, polished timber floors guide you through the space, where the rich textures of wicker and jute rugs create a warm, inviting atmosphere. To your right, the combined living and dining area beckons with its sumptuous linen couch, perfect for cosy movie nights or a quiet afternoon nap. Gather around the four-seater dining table for dinner, where you can recount the day’s adventures while the heater keeps you snug and warm.
The bright, white kitchen is just around the corner, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. A Nespresso machine and casual bench seating await your morning coffee ritual. The kitchen's back door opens to a building's parking space, offering convenient access and a breath of fresh air whenever you need it. A washing machine is thoughtfully tucked into the kitchen for ease.
The bedroom is a serene oasis with a queen-sized bed, where you can fall asleep to the gentle rustling of leaves outside the sunlit window. An inbuilt wardrobe provides ample storage space while an elegant standing mirror completes the room. The bathroom is a bright haven with sleek ebony fixtures that contrast beautifully with the white tiles. A walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head invites you to unwind, while frosted windows allow for privacy and natural light.
Located at the end of a shared walkway, this apartment offers guests a balcony area with a view over the courtyard. While the walkway primarily serves as access for residents, the apartment's position allows guests to enjoy a designated space with a pleasant outlook, providing minimal disruption to unwind. There is one free parking spot available in the parking garage for guests to use.
All linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Please note that this property may experience some noise from nearby streets, which could impact light sleepers. Additionally, access to the unit requires climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.
