Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a spacious 2 bed 1 bath 2 storey place with 2 carparks. Located next to the tennis courts and close to the Palms Mall and city to sea bike track. The proximity to the Avon City Trail provides a picturesque pathway connecting the beach to the vibrant city center, making it an ideal spot to go for a scenic stroll or enjoy time in nature. This is a 2-bedroom, 1 bed and 2 carpark home nestled along the serene banks of the Avon River, a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, while remaining a stone's throw away from the heart of the city. Ground floor has the open plan kitchen, living, entertaining area and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Large sofa to enjoy the 50 inch smart TV. Upstairs (1st floor) has the bedroom with Queen Bed and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet toilet with heated seat, heated towel rail and vanity. Upper floor accessible via stairs only. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a washer/dryer combination conveniently located within the kitchen. There is also storage space under the stairs. Upstairs are two full-size bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes and extra storage. Also on this floor is a full-size bathroom. Outside is a low-maintenance private courtyard, which includes landscaping, a bike/storage shed, a clothesline and a power supply. This Property does come with allocated carparking and EV Charging Late night arrival or departure. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbors we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
