No quarto há uma cama box casal e colchão Emma novo, guarda roupa de duas portas, espelho e lençois de boa qualidade além de cobertores para o frio. O banheiro tem chuveiro com ducha, sabonete líquido em saboneteira eletrônica, papel higiênico e toalhas novas e de qualidade. A cozinha é totalmente equipada com eletrodomésticos, fogão e armários novos. Possui todos os utensílios para que você possa preparar refeições. Dispomos de 1 máquina de lavar roupas e ferro de passar. Há também um aquecedor de ambiente para os dias frios de Curitiba. A Rua fica em bairro residencial tranquilo, com fácil acesso a diversos pontos turísticos e rodovias e próximo de padarias, supermercado, farmácias e restaurantes. Na área externa temos um espaço protegido e um jardim agradável.
