The kitchen has all new appliances and cabinetry with soft-close drawers, dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop. Also downstairs is the bathroom, under stairs laundry nook, sleep out with sofa bed, plus the lock up garage at the rear (with internal access).

The master bedroom is located upstairs featuring a private balcony and water views, large built-in wardrobes and access to the main bathroom. The upstairs bathroom also has a large bath plus shower as well as two-way access. The second bedroom also has large built-in wardrobes and a ceiling fan.

No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival, just unpack and enjoy! Beach towels are also included.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy. Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
