The Space:
Nestled in the serene countryside of Woori Yallock, Orange 1 by Tiny Away is just an hour's drive from Melbourne, conveniently close to the charming towns of Seville and Yarra Junction. Verdant landscapes and majestic mountains surround this holiday home, and even encounter friendly farm animals on your journey here.

Embark on an adventure and discover the wonders of our breathtaking attractions! Get geared up for an exhilarating road trip and brace yourself for the awe-inspiring beauty of Yarra Ranges National Park, Maroondah Reservoir Park, Cement Creek Redwood Forest, and Healesville Sanctuary. All remarkable destinations everyone can enjoy.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria getaway here, we advise that you bring your necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.

NOTE: Rayner’s Orchard is an active farm with daytime fruit-picking tours and tractor rides, so other visitors may be on the property. A second tiny house also shares the space. Contact your land host for group bookings at least 24 hours in advance.

Please check in before 5 PM. If arriving later, call the land host before heading to the house.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house, Orange 1, and its surroundings, except the tiny home block, which requires permission from the land host.

The café is open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ facilities, but please ensure you follow local fire restrictions.

For pre-orders, we kindly request that you contact your host on land at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a seamless check-in process.

Guests are advised to check in before 5 PM. If arriving later, please call the land host first rather than going directly to the house on the farm.

By car:

- 6 mins drive from Seville

- 1 hr drive from Melbourne. All are reachable in both 2WD or4WD

By public transport:

- No Taxi service public transport from Melbourne city southern cross station to Lilydale station and from Lilydale station take bus to Woori yallock once you reached Woori yallock give us a call we will pick you if you specify your time of arrival.

- Gas BBQ Grill is available
- Pets are allowed by prior notice
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Telstra has a good signal while the rest have weak signals
- We have friendly working dogs on the property; please advise
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.  
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban period
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
- Guests are advised to check in before 5 PM. If arriving later, please call the land host first rather than going directly to the house on the farm.
