Located just 2 minutes from Palm Beach and the boat ramp, and only 10 minutes from Jervis Bay’s famous white-sand beaches such as Hyams Beach, it’s the ideal spot for your South Coast getaway! Freshly updated with new flooring and plenty of space for the whole family, you’ll love unwinding by the pool after a day of exploring the coast.
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed - Ensuite with shower and toilet and walk-in-robe
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds
Bedroom 3 - Double bed
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed
Kitchen: Microwave, fridge/freezer, cooktop and oven.
Living: Open plan dining area with sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor area, seperate lounge room with large flat screen TV.
Bathroom: Bathtub shower and vanity and seperate toilet.
Laundry: Washing machine
Heating and Cooling: Air-conditioning in the main living area and Ceiling fans in all bedrooms
Outdoors: Outdoor setting, Bbq and a huge salt water pool
- Please note the back yard is currently under top soil for lawn repairs.
Parking: There is plenty of driveway parking for cars and side access to secure a boat, jetski etc in back yard.
Linen: Sienna's Pool & Beach Sanctuary provides linen for your stay excluding beach towels
Pets: Sienna's Pool & Beach Sanctuary is not pet friendly, please contact us for a list of available pet friendly options.
Wifi: Sienna's Pool & Beach Sanctuary does supply wifi for your stay however we cannot guarantee the reliability of the network.
Arrivals and departures
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. We try our best to have the properties ready for a 2pm check in however during peak period the check in time may differ.
Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.
$50 BBQ cleaning fee will be applied if the BBQ is left unclean after use.
