Single room in large house in leafy area in McDowall, shared with my husband and I, with a nice garden, shared bathroom. Close to Chermside Hills, Raven Street Reserve, bike paths, bushwalking, Prince Charles Hospital, North West Private Hospital, shopping centers. Bus to Chermside, QUT Kelvin Grove, City. 15-20 minutes from airport or city by car.
