While there’s no on-site parking, this stylish space sleeps six and is perfect for exploring the city.

As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer is located in a separate cupboard.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

Located in the CBD the property is a gentle stroll or short scooter to the main hub of city life including Eateries, Shopping, entertainment and bars.

The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.

On street parking is free outside the development. The surrounding streets also have free parking available. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property. Please refer to all street signage before parking your vehicle.

Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up. Lime electric scooters are never too far away if you wish to see the city by scooter.

Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay.

This property does not have an allocated carpark; street parking only is available. There is parking available on St. Asaph Street, and the Line 80 bus stop is across the road.

City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, bar and restaurant noises and neighbouring properties.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning
