Located in the living area is a sofa that converts into a queen bed to comfortably sleep x2 adults - sofa bed linen is an additional cost if less than 8 guests are booked. On the 3rd floor are three peaceful bedrooms luxurious and spacious with 2x Queen beds in two of the rooms and the 3rd room has x2 king singles. All bedrooms have block out blinds. 2 modern full bathrooms on this level complete with Bidet toilets with heated seats, Tiled Showers, Vanity and storage. Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site. Street parking only on St Asaph Street and Tuam Street - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. Please note parking in the private council laneway may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighboring properties. We can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. The extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
