The northwest-facing aspect of the courtyard is a standout feature, offering plenty of natural light and warmth. This property features a fenced-in courtyard, making it the ideal escape for families. You can relax and enjoy your vacation. In the living area there is a sofa bed to have another 1 or 2 guests - linen is additional. Accommodating up to 4 guests total. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, and oven. Basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil are also provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer combination unit is available with washing powder provided for convenience. Guests will have the entire property to use for themselves and their traveling companions. A lockbox access makes it easy to enter the property without the worry of keys. The property does not come with any allocated car parking, street parking only. (Worcester and Barbadoes Street) Carebnb provides a contactless check-in process. City Noise - Please note the property is located near the road and some intersections and has usual street noise. This includes pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended. This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only and it is located within Barbadoes St itself and Worcester Street.
