There are three large bedrooms, a sitting room, bathroom and toilet downstairs. Upstairs is the main living room, dining and large kitchen. The master bedroom and huge ensuite, with bath and shower are upstairs, looking out on the same view as the living area. 3 balcony areas, one with a second dining table and barbecue, give you lots of options.
Smart televisions upstairs and down and good Wi-Fi are supplied for your bored teenagers.
The full laundry has a washer/dryer iron, ironing board and steamer.
The backyard is fully enclosed and safe for children and dogs.
2 car garage is available and ample driveway. Car charger will be installed in the near future.
